On the way back, relax in the sauna and enjoy a fondue accompanied by a glass of wine. You can even come for work and enjoy a relaxing moment. The space The space consists of: a) a bedroom with air-conditioning, a double bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a clothes rack and a full-length mirror; b) a living/dining room all glazed, with curtains that provide warmth, but also with glass doors that open fully to the garden and sauna whenever the guest so prefers. In this room, there is a ceiling fan, a sofa with a chaise longue at one end, a 40-inch Android TV, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs and a small bookcase with a sandwich maker, a foundry pot, a snack tray, 4 wine glasses, a paper napkin holder, 6 cloth napkin rings, 4 placemats, and a glass water bottle; c) bathroom with a sink containing a liquid soap dish and toothbrush holder, toilet and shower stall, soap dish and shampoo holder; d) kitchen with stove, refrigerator, large sink with cabinet, water filter, cabinet with dishes, dessert plates, cups, coffee cups and glasses. The host usually provides the basic seasonings in the kitchen; e) laundry: access to the washing machine, sink and clotheslines, in a non-exclusive way, shared with the host; e) independent entrance to the house and garage for the exclusive use of the guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom, living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen, sauna and adjoining garden, as well as the exclusive-use garage, where the independent entrance is located. They will also have shared access to the laundry room and use of clotheslines. Other things to note SAFETY: Although the house is located in a more upscale and quite quiet neighborhood, it has private security composed of security guards who do surveillance riding around the streets on motorcycles. In addition, the house has a monitored alarm and electric fence.
