Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire Orion Major house and its surrounding property. Only registered guests are permitted unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. While we encourage enjoying the property and exploring Joshua Tree National Park, please respect our neighbors' privacy and refrain from entering their backyards. Please note that off-highway vehicle (OHV) use is strictly prohibited in this area. Other things to note • POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: - The hot tub is always free to heat. - However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. - If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive. Extra Charges for Pool Heating: May, September: $150 per night October, April: $200 per night November, March: $350 per night December, January, and February: Pool heating not available No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. • EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. • DOGS: Dogs are welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Maximum of 2 Dogs allowed.
