In house with sep. house entrane & own WC/shower

Room (13 m2) with a direct view of the green meadow and a new double bed in a part of the house with a separate entrance & separate WC/shower. Relax in this quiet, centrally located accommodation with the option of sitting or lying outside. The immediate proximity to the forest with Vita Parcours & sports facilities (5 min) provides balance after a hard day's work. Free car park & station bicycle could be provided. Additional room/bed for 3 persons available. The space The guest room with separate adjoining shower and toilet facilities (exclusively for ArbNB guests) is located in the lower, separately enclosed part of our house. Access from outside is via a separate, but not ‘completely private’ second entrance. Next to the room is an office, which is used by the owner for a few hours during the day. The laundry room is located in a separate (locked) room in the lower part of the house. ArbNB guests are welcome to prepare small meals that do not produce strong odours in the microwave, oven and on the separate hob. Guest access Upon request, access to the kitchen-diner and a washing machine with drying facilities or to the large, covered seating area can also be provided. A bicycle storage facility is also available. Other things to note A (small) breakfast is always available on request Plus CHF 5.-. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like an overnight stay with breakfast. This makes it easier for us to plan. (In the room there is a coffee machine with coffee capsules, a water boiling device and a small fridge)
