In house with sep. house entrane & own WC/shower

Room (13 m2) with a direct view of the green meadow and a new double bed in a part of the house with a separate entrance & separate WC/shower. Relax in this quiet, centrally located accommodation with the option of sitting or lying outside. The immediate proximity to the forest with Vita Parcours & sports facilities (5 min) provides balance after a hard day's work. Free car park & station bicycle could be provided. Additional room/bed for a 3 persons is available. The space The guest room, which has a separate adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet (exclusively for the Airbnb guest), is located in the lower, separately enclosed part of our house. It is accessed from the outside via a separate, though not “completely private,” second entrance. Next to the guest room is a second single-bed bedroom and an office, which is occasionally used by the homeowner for a few hours during the day. The lower level also houses the laundry room in a separate (locked) room. Here, the Airbnb guest is welcome to prepare small meals—provided they do not have a strong odor—in the microwave and oven, as well as on the separate stovetop. Guest access Upon request, access to the kitchen-diner and a washing machine with drying facilities or to the large, covered seating area can also be provided. A bicycle storage facility is also available. During your stay We are happy to advise our guests on public transport, especially how to get to different places and sights. But also for restaurants and dining recommendations and where to find cool drinks, we are happy to give information at any time. Other things to note A (small) breakfast is always available on request Plus CHF 7.-. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like an overnight stay with breakfast. This makes it easier for us to plan. (In the room there is a coffee machine with coffee capsules, a water boiling device and a small fridge)
