Ground floor accommodation in a detached house (unoccupied floor), with large fully fenced courtyard, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The space - Two bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed (possibility of adding up to 2 baby beds, 1 per bedroom) one of which is connected to the living room with the possibility of separation by movable partition (see photos). - The living room is equipped with two sofas, a large 140 cm TV and a desk. Possibility of having German channels for an additional €10 (please ask me in advance). - The kitchen is large and very functional with all its amenities (oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, raclette set, toaster, etc.). - The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with seat and the toilet is separate. - The exterior consists of a courtyard and a small garden area. - Baby equipment on request (adapted dishes, changing table, baby bed, high chair, potty and toilet and bath reducer). - Linens and towels provided. - Dogs allowed if they are clean and sociable.
