Welcome to Tiny Fiordland! This bespoke tiny home is made with Japanese cedar, birch ply and oak flooring. Surrounded by your own mini lavender meadow leading to a private garden and seating area with views of the southern fiord on Lake Te Anau. Reserve now to enjoy this wonderful experience! The space Tiny Fiordland is situated on Te Anau Heritage subdivision, 15mins walk or 3mins drive (1.4km) to Te Anau town centre and supermarket. The tiny home is facing a mini lavender meadow and overlooking a large ever-changing vegetable garden with a backdrop of serene southern fiords. Though we do need to harvest from the garden, we will try to work around the presence of our guests. We would inform guests if we have to head to the section. On the other hand, we love a chat and sharing our local knowledge and insights about gardening with guests. Upon arrival, you will park your vehicle at the driveway behind the tiny home and walk less than a minute to the tiny home. Tiny Fiordland is a minimalistic, elegant, comfortable space. Step inside, you will have all the comforts to help you forget your worries and slip into relaxation mode. The open kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cups and cutlery. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. The living room features a two-seater leather couch, two nesting side tables and a 32inch Sony Bravia smart TV. A heater to provide relief for cooler days. The bathroom has a full-sized shower, a toilet and a small vanity. Towels and toiletries are provided. You will also find bodywash, shampoo in the bathroom. Climbing up the ladder, you will rest on the queen size bed, watching the clouds fluttering in the blue sky during the day and stars twinkling at night through the skylight. The sound of falling rain, the warmth of the copper lights while you’re tucked up in bed creates another kind of comforting ambience. The tiny home provides a safe haven for all seasons. Other things to note Just a couple things to note about the tiny home that may impact on your stay: - There are no cooking facilities for the comfort of all guests. You are provided with a toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. - The height of the bathroom is 2m. - you will need to climb the ladder to access the loft mezzanine. - Limited storage space. - No blind behind the door.
