The space Townhouse is on 3 floors. The first floor has a mudroom that has a ski closet and boot storage, a bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a twin bed and 2 futon mattresses, and a recently renovated bathroom with modern full-size bathtub and a radiant heat floor. The 2nd floor has a large open-air DR, Kitchen and LVR with cathedral ceiling, two decks, a gas fireplace, and a loft accessible by ladder, with an air mattress. The lower level has a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is well stocked. There is an indoor/outdoor George Foreman electric grill. The house comfortably sleeps 7, with 3 twin beds and 2 queen beds,and can accommodate up to 8, with two futon floor mattresses and one air mattress. The loft is only accessible by climbing up a ladder. There is an air mattress in the loft. Guest access The entire house is available to guests except for one closet that is reserved for the hosts. No loud music after 10 pm, no events 1 small-medium house-trained dog allowed. Must be leashed and owners must pick up after the them (condo rules). Other things to note We are an end unit, with just one unit abutting ours, in a row of 4 units. The mad bus stops on German Flats Rd just a few hundred feet from our unit, for free and request shuttles to and from the two Sugarbush ski mountains during the ski season. We have a spinning bike, pickleball kit including net, paddles, etc. We also have a tandem portable/inflatable kayak and paddles.
