Separate apartment 115 sq.m. which is located in Rodotopi area and is only 15 minutes from the center of Ioannina. The distance from the villages of Zagori (Zachorochoria) is 25 minutes. The architecture of the apartment enhances the brightness of the spaces through the diffusion of natural light inside. It is ideal for couples, families with children, group and individual guests. The space A minimally styled house, which offers a wonderful setting for family or group holidays, comfortably accommodating up to five guests in total. Once entering the house you will notice an open-plan living area on the left and on the right is the open kitchen area, with the kitchen island, which is used as a dining space. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen, with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, between others. The "Urban Escape" offers a Guest Netflix account, Play Station 4 along with two games, and different board games to enjoy during your stay. You have the choice of two minimal, modern and very spacious double bedrooms, plus the spacious couch which is in the living the room. There are two bathrooms, one which is situated in the main bedroom, the other is separate and both contain freestanding showers. A spacious yard with an outdoor BBQ and the gorgeous view of the mountains are definitely one of the highlights of "The Urban Escape", which is made to spoil you with high end comforts.
