When the sun goes down, step outside and see the light garden! Just a 15 min drive will take you to our Florida springs: 3 Sisters, Kings Bay & Hunter Spring. For fishing Lake Rousseau has large mouth bass, blue gill & crappie. Bring your kayaks and launch them right onto the lake! Careful with gators. -Garage: Fits 2 cars. Outside parking fits 4 cars. To open garage, press the manual wall control on the left hand side right after you step in the garage. -Kitchen: Fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, tea, 2 compartment oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Brita water filter, fire extinguisher, cleaning supplies, garbage can. -Master bedroom: Queen size bed, 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 2 night stands, 1 closet, 2 storage dressers. -Small bedroom: 1 Bunk bed with weight limit of 220lb, 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 1 night stand, this room's closet is not accessible to guests. -Living room: Queen sofa bed, 4 pillows, 2 blankets (bed-ware for the sofa bed can be found in the cabinet next to it) books, oil diffuser, smart TV with Netflix access. -Master bathroom: Walk in shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer. -Guest bathroom: Tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer. -Front porch: Love seat, 2 chairs, coffee table. -Back porch: 2 chairs, coffee table. -Dock: Needs renovation, can’t be used for boating -Other: Central AC/Heat, WIFI, water heater, water filtration system. -The entire property is yours for the length of your stay! Only exception is the garden shed, and the closet in the small bedroom. -To open garage, press the manual wall control in the garage, on the left hand side right after you step in. -Boat dock, needs renovation, not suitable for boating or walking beyond the "Do not pass" sign. -Entry code will be sent to you on check-in date at 2:30PM for your check in at 3PM If there are any issues while you are staying at The Dandy Lion I will be available to resolve them. -No cleaning fee in The Dandy Lion!
