The space Rosita Studio is a well appointed 1-bedroom apartment. You enter into the spacious main room. To the left is a built in dining nook that seats 4-5 people. The living area has a sofa that can become a queen size bed and sleep up to two guests 10 years old and under. The kitchenette has a two burner stove top, microwave and small refrigerator, with everything you need to make a cup of coffee or a simple meal. The bedroom has a king size bed with an adjacent spacious bathroom, walk in shower and beautiful concrete vessel sink. Guest access Liberia airport is about an hour drive. If you are arriving to Las Catalinas with a car, parking is an additional fee that is paid directly to the concierge team at Las Catalinas. There are options for either valet parking or self parking that can be paid upon arrival or departure. Las Catalinas is a charming Mediterranean inspired walking-only beachfront town. There are multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shop, snack bars, bakery, deli, a few shops, and market all onsite and within walking distance. Over 1000 acres of well maintained mountain biking and hiking trails. There are two beaches onsite within walking distance. Playa Danta and Playa Dantita. There is a sport shop right no the beach where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. There is a Beach club with 3 ocean front pools, hot tub, gym, bar and restaurant a short walk away. You receive access to the beach club with your reservation. You can visit many addition beaches within a short drive. Las Catalinas is near to the towns of Potrero, and Flamingo where you will find the local Marina. Other things to note Rosita Studio is equipped for maximum 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 10. If you are looking for more space, the adjacent 3 bedroom Casa Rosita can be booked as well. Message us directly for a special offer when booking both units. Beach Towels Provided. To use the television you will need to log in to your own streaming service of choice. Please remember to logout when you leave. ANY TYPE OF SMOKING IS PROHIBITED! NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR E-CIGARETTE: The use of tobacco and all other smokable products on the property, including inside the flat or outdoor patios, is 100% prohibited. If a guest is found to have broken this rule by evidence of tobacco use, stained furniture, odors, burns, ash etc a deep cleaning fee of $500.00 (US Dollars) will be assessed. CONSTRUCTION: Although Rosita Studio is in the quietest, most established part of town, please be aware that Las Catalinas as a whole, is well on its way to becoming one of the most enjoyable beach towns in Costa Rica. As the community continues to add exciting projects elsewhere onsite, please be aware Catalinas makes great efforts to minimize the effects of construction on guests. We cannot guarantee that absolutely no activity will be visible or audible due to the variable nature of construction. Due to the developed nature of the neighborhood, no room changes, refunds, or discounts will be provided due to construction. Quiet hours in town are from 10pm to 7am.
