The space The unit is a 32 sqm studio very close to the business district of Ortigas Center in Mandaluyong/Pasig City, Metro Manila and Greenfield district in Mandaluyong City. It is a walking distance to Shangri-la Mall which is across the building and to other malls like the SM Mega mall and The Podium Mall. There are numerous medical clinics based in malls and The Medical City is also a few minutes away. The studio is furnished with basic cooking amenities like a microwave, toaster and induction cooker. A water heater is available for the shower as well as the bathroom and kitchen sink. A spacious double-size bed is in the center of the studio. Netflix is available for your viewing enjoyment and wi-fi is free. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a a children's pool. On the same floor is the gym and multiple function rooms. At the ground floor restaurants/coffee shops and banks are available. There is also 24-hour convenience store (7 Eleven) near the entrance. This place is a good choice as everything you need is nearby. As for transportation, it is a few minutes walk to the MRT stations (Shaw and Ortigas) and bus stops. Cabs also frequent the area so it will be easy to grab one. For stays of more than 7 days, the unit is cleaned once a week for a minimal weekly fee. Towels and bed sheets are also changed. Guest access There’s a gym and swimming pool on the 4th floor. Open from 6am-10pm. Laundry Full service located at the 40th floor. You will also find banks, salon, food kiosks, 7 Eleven, mini cafes, and bookstores on the building’s ground floor. Other things to note Once booked, please send a copy of the ID. Garbage collection scheduled: Put your garbage outside the door only during the designated hour. 10am-11am and 8pm-9pm ONLY. If you missed the scheduled pick-up time, you can throw out the garbage anytime at the Basement 1.
