A cozy apartment in the city center for a maximum of 4 people suitable for rest, work and just a nice time. The entire apartment is fully equipped for short and long stays, and is also perfect for a stopover on a business trip. Located in the city center, close to pubs, bars, cafes, but also green areas and the S8 Katowice - Warsaw route - very easy access. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated building in the city center. It has been fully equipped to make you feel at home. It consists of 2 bedrooms, each arranged very functionally, in warm shades and materials that are pleasant not only to the eye. In the first room, there is a large double bed (160 cm wide) with a comfortable mattress, a fleshy armchair perfect for a quiet time with a book or watching a movie - a TV with Internet access and Netflix, and a large wardrobe with extra blankets and pillows. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm wide), a dresser with drawers and a TV with Internet access and Netflix. Additional space is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. You don't have to bring things like tea, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil - it's all there. If you want to prepare meals yourself, the kitchen has a fridge, oven, electric stove, and a dishwasher, and there is a whole set of pots, pans, plates and everything you need to prepare and serve what you cook - for 4 people. The bathroom is small, but it has everything you need. You will find a shower with a rain shower, a set of towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, and a disinfection kit. In the apartment there is an additional wardrobe with an iron, ironing board, hangers, vacuum cleaner, mop, basic first aid kit, and a safe. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal Other things to note You will check in on your own. Once you've accepted your reservation, you'll receive a message with directions to your parking space. You will receive a code for the intercom and a code for the key locker, which is located at the front door of the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and we do not have an elevator. You can sometimes hear the neighbors living permanently, so respect the quiet hours. Due to the location, unfortunately, we do not have beautiful views outside the windows, but we hope that the interior climate will compensate for this only inconvenience. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but it is equipped with a column fan.
