This charming, restored circa 1935 house is across the street from Ottawa City Park and walking distance from the downtown district. 2300 sq ft provides large common areas such as living room, dining area and sunroom to accommodate families. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, and brand new appliances. There is an outdoor patio with a new grill and a fire cauldron. The home is available for two night bookings or more. The space A two story colonial house, the three bedrooms upstairs have king, queen and 2 twin beds. A full bathroom upstairs has tub and shower, and is stocked with hygiene supplies if you need them. A small half bath is available on the main floor. A separate dining room is available if your family will gather for a meal. An eating area is just off of kitchen as well as island with 2 stools. The sunroom looks out into a backyard with grill and fire cauldron. Guest access The entire house is accessible, with the exception of a small storage room off the living room, which is kept locked. Other things to note DVD player and DVD's as well as a few children's toys and games are stored in the sunroom for your use. The washer and dryer is available to guests. A variety of oatmeal flavors and breakfast bars are stocked for guests to access for breakfast.
