Vacation home only 150 meters to the lake incl. sauna

Welcome to Råda right on Lake Rådasjön in Värmland. The cottage is located in a small holiday home area south of the village of Råda (about 20 km from Hagfors) and has lake views. Between mid-May and mid-September, a rowing boat is also included. A sauna can also be used from Q2/´26. We have lovingly furnished the vacation home and purchased a large part of the furnishings new. Blueberries, strawberries or fishing, they are surrounded by nature. The space The house: The living space of the vacation home is about 55 m² and can accommodate four people. After entering the house, you will find yourself directly in the open living, dining and kitchen area. In the middle between the kitchen and living area there is a staircase leading up to a sleeping area. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The dining table is in front of the kitchen area. From the kitchen, you go through a small passage area to the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and washing machine. In the living room there is a TV with German and Swedish programs, a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed and a fireplace. Through the living room you can reach the bedroom with a double bed. In the upper area (no standing height!) there are two single beds, ideal for children! Bed linen is included. In front of the house there is a table with two chairs and you can enjoy the view of the lake. Behind the house you can sit protected on the terrace (newly designed in 2025) and look into the greenery and towards the outdoor sauna. The sauna can be used from Q2/2026 and is operated via a wood-burning stove. From the sauna you have a great view over the house to the lake. Between mid-May and mid-September, a rowboat (length 4.8 m) is part of the house. The neighborhood: There is a grocery store in the village of Råda, approx. 7 kilometers away. In addition, you will find a gas station and charging stations there. Other shopping facilities are in the village of Hagfors, about 20 kilometers away. A child-friendly bathing area is about 150 meters away. In addition to other shopping opportunities, the town of Hagfors also offers great excursion destinations, such as a scenic trail and a railway museum. Another interesting town is Ekshärad, approx. 20 minutes north. There you will find an elk park and the Brattfallet waterfall. For winter sports enthusiasts, the regions of Torsby (about 64 km) and Långberget (about 120 km) are ideal.
