The fully equipped kitchen includes quality cookware, a drip coffee machine, blender, large fridge, induction cooktop, glassware, shot glasses and multiple 5-gallon purified water bottles with a hot/cold dispenser. Your private balcony is the signature feature of the upstairs apartment. Guest access You have full private access to this entire upstairs apartment, including the king bedroom, spa-style bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony and Starlink high-speed internet. Entry is via a private exterior staircase leading directly to your own secure front door. A key lockbox makes check-in simple and flexible. We provide cotton beach towels, hotel-grade linens, makeup wipes, shower towels and essential supplies. You also receive guaranteed free seating and full pool access at Zama Beach Club, one of the island’s premium beachfront venues. Our concierge will reserve your spots in advance so everything is ready when you arrive. This unit does not include a backyard (it is on the second level), but the balcony serves as your private outdoor space with excellent airflow and island views. Families or groups can also rent both apartments together for more space while maintaining complete privacy. Other things to note This is the second-floor apartment in a modern two-unit duplex. Your private entrance is accessed via exterior stairs. The balcony overlooks a mildly lively street — perfect for people-watching and enjoying the island atmosphere. Despite this, the apartment has excellent airflow, bright natural light and full privacy from outside. Beach towels, purified drinking water, Starlink Wi-Fi, a safe for valuables, blackout blinds and quiet A/C are all provided. If you’d like housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange full cleaning with fresh linens and towels for approximately $100 USD. Golf carts can be arranged through our concierge, as they often sell out during high season. Baby cribs and other baby equipment can also be rented and delivered, set up and collected directly from the apartment.
