Cozy caravan with awning.

Welcome to the best campsite for children! Close to the beach, dunes and forest! Next to a pumptrack and playground. Large campsite with lots to do. Lots of privacy and sun in this large place. Master bedroom 1 bed: 1.60 x 200 cm Kids room 1 bed: 80 x 180cm 1 bed: 80 x 160cm Extra: 2 person sofa bed in the living room + 2p tent + camping (baby) bed. 1 cargo bike. 1 women's bike. 1 mountain bike. 1 bike for 6-year-old. Toilet + shower + dishwasher in the building around the corner. Chemical toilet available. The space Our beloved old caravan is simple and offers what is needed: you sleep in the caravan, the rest of the time you hang out/play/read/nap/cycle outside. We have an awning (with heat lamp🔥) and beautiful wooden veranda where we have breakfast and chill. 🛋️☀️⛅️In addition, there is plenty of space outside with a nice chill sofa, hammock, BBQ, lots of sun, etc. 📍Because we are next to a building, about 10 meters in between, it is a large private place, we only have (sweet) neighbors on one side, and further in the lane all nice helpful people. It feels very spacious, and we enjoy our privacy in our place. We are always told that we have such a nice spacious place. 📍It is centrally located, right next to the playground, so the children can easily find your place. 🎯 Sometimes there is a bingo in the building next to us, or dart night or soccer at the European Championship, but always very pleasant. This is organized by the camping association. The windows on our side of the building are closed. Max 1 x per week. So it's still very quiet. 🚾 The toilet building is at the end of the lane. Far enough away not to bother you, close enough that you don't pee your pants. You get it :) no caravan on Bakkum is connected to the sewer or water, so neither is ours. We have a chemical toilet in the caravan for the high need at night. Please empty it yourself. 🔌 The caravan has power. So you can bring your phone charger. But don't expect a TV, we're only outside. 🎭 The campsite itself has numerous activities, and Bakkum itself is of course a beautiful nature reserve. 🏓🎾🎲📚Enough games and books (especially a lot of Dutch Donald Ducks) in the caravan. For indoors and outdoors. Grab whatever you want. 🚲 And the bicycles. There is 1 cargo bike, which we throw full when we go to the beach, or empty the car. You can use it. You can use everything. We're not the hardest. 🚴🏾‍♂️ A few more bikes. Contact me to request the current set of bikes. Bring a scooter for when they want to go to the skate park, a stone's throw away from the caravan. Plenty of helmets here. Furthermore, we are quite relaxed: especially take all the herbs, etc. you need for cooking. We have filter coffee maker, a first aid kit, etc. I promise you: a glass, cup, plate will fall while washing the dishes, and that's okay. Enjoy this beautiful piece of the Netherlands. And the peace when your kids are on an adventure for hours at the campsite. Guest access You have access to the entire caravan. Other things to note It is a caravan that is not connected to the water network and sewer. No caravan is, because of a protected nature reserve. In other words, you will have to walk to the toilet building. The water comes out of the tap when you refill the water drum.
