The large patio offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills; the loggia is furnished with a table, chairs, an outdoor sofa and a kitchenette with a sink. The main indoor kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, kettle, professional coffee machine. There is an 8-by-4-meter rectangular swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, and outdoor shower. Children can play with the board games and cards available inside the villa. They can also play freely in the immense garden outside. Small pets are allowed.
