Charming house on a vineyard estate

Located in Chaux (5 km from the Nuits-St-Georges motorway exit), this cottage was created in 2023 in an old bread oven. The cottage is located in a young wine estate where you can taste the estate's wines. The space Our "A pas de Loup" cottage classified 3* was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundian building (35 m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and consists of: *On the ground floor: - A living room equipped with a kitchenette with all the equipment appliances (refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...). - A bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, washer-dryer * Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa providing quality daily sleeping for 2 people (140 x 200 cm). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free wifi is available. The cottage is equipped with an air conditioner. The vacation rental is located within a young family wine estate created in 2012, the Domaine des Loups, from family vines for several generations in the Morey-Saint-Denis appellation area. You can, by appointment, have the pleasure of tasting the wines of the estate. (Paid tasting unless purchased.) During the harvest and winemaking period, we cannot ensure tasting. You will find on the property a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. An on-site playground is at your disposal, for the enjoyment of the youngest. Pets are welcome in the home regardless of weight or height. The land is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, our gate will be locked. You will keep this charming place an exceptional memory. Our cottage cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility. Guest access You will have access to the relaxation area and the garden area in front of the cottage. Kids can enjoy the swing. Other things to note There is a bread machine in front of the house, stocked every day except Wednesday. The coffee machine in the cottage is a Senseo.
