Cheers and welcome, Our apartment with lake view lets you forget everyday life immediately. Enjoy the fresh sea air in a beach chair or along the Lübeck Bay. The beach chair and lakeside terrace are available exclusively for you. You can reach the Baltic Sea and Lübeck in just 10–15 minutes by car. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door – ideal for active days, relaxed moments and unforgettable moments in nature. The space Our cozy vacation apartment is in a quiet location at the end of a dead-end street, on the 2nd floor, and is ideal for 2 people. Our foot care practice is on the ground floor. Once you reach the top of the stairwell, your apartment will be on your left; on the right is our “Baltic Coast” apartment. From the entrance area with wardrobe, you enter the cozy bedroom with 160 cm bed and wardrobe on the right. Directly opposite is the modernly designed shower room. The open-plan living and dining area impresses with lots of light and a beautiful view of the lake The kitchen is fully equipped. Stove, dishwasher, Tassimo capsule machine (incl.) starter capsules), kettle, toaster, etc. Your dining area with a lake view can accommodate 4 people. You can reach the open sleeping area on the upper level via a room staircase. Since this area is open to the living space, there is no door, and the windows cannot be darkened – perfect for those who love waking up to natural sunlight. Relax in the beach chair or on the couch in front of the 55-inch HD smart TV – Magenta TV & Disney+ included. Free parking is available right outside the door with an 11 kW Type 2 charging station for electric cars. Charging costs: €0.29 per kWh (payable on site in cash or by bank transfer). Bicycles brought along can be safely stored in a separate, lockable bicycle garage with an e-bike charging station. Want to rent bikes? Bike rental is conveniently bookable via TobisRad Scharbeutz – delivery and pick-up take place directly at the property. Other things to note We provide a made bed (sheets, duvet, pillows) as well as a large and a small towel per person. In the house, there are two vacation apartments on the upper floor. We ask all guests to treat each other with respect and consideration so that everyone can feel completely at home ❤️
