To enable us to do this, we require the following information for all guests: – Names of all Adults 16+ – Names and ages of any children 5-15yrs Infants 0-4yrs – Email address – Telephone number – Car registration number or mode of transport Please state in your enquiry that you are happy to provide this information so we can approve your booking promptly. Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2) — King-size bed, 5ft x 6ft3, with memory foam topper for added comfort, bedside cabinets, wall lights, ensuite with shower over bath, shaver point, dressing table with mirror and lighting, walk-in wardrobe. This room is spacious enough to accommodate a travel cot. Twin Bedroom (Sleeps 2) — Two full-size single beds (3ft x 6ft) with overhead shelving and storage. 🧺 We make up beds according to the number of guests in your booking. Should it be necessary to deodorise the property or to undertake enhanced Deep-cleaning process to remove such odours, we will raise an action via airbnb. No sleeping on sofas or in common areas Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (5 including an infant) Maximum of 3 adult guests in total Lead guest must be 25 years or older Smoke & carbon monoxide alarms tested before each stay Fire blanket and extinguisher provided (kitchen area) ⚡ Electric Vehicle Policy Strictly no EV charging from the Lodge. Unauthorized charging poses a fire risk and may incur additional electricity fees. Haven provides dedicated fast EV chargers in the main car park — please contact them directly for access. 🚗 Parking Private parking space directly beside the Lodge for your convenience. 📸 Damage Protection Photos/videos are taken between each stay (with timestamps) to record the Lodge’s condition for everyone’s peace of mind. 🧰 Contractor & Work Stays If booking for work purposes, please select “Travel for Work” and ensure all guests are named in the reservation. We only accept these bookings through Airbnb with complete details. ⚠️ Facility Notice From 17th November onwards, bookings are for Lodge stays only — no passes for Haven facilities will be available. If you need anything during your visit, we’re always happy to help! 🌅 Guest access 🔐 Park Access & Guest Registration – Important Info To enter Seton Sands Holiday Village, all guests must be registered via the Haven portal. This is a security requirement at the park entrance. ✅ Please provide the following details to complete your registration: Full names of all adults (16+) Full names and ages of children (5–15 years) Full names and ages of infants (0–4 years) Telephone number Email address Car registration number (or mode of transport if not driving) Once registered, we will send your car pass, which allows you access to the park during your stay. 🔑 Lodge Access & Check-In You’ll have private access to the entire Lodge, decking, patio, and private parking space. We use a smart key safe for contactless self-check-in. The key code is date and time-sensitive, and will be sent to you via the Airbnb messaging platform once registration is complete. You may check in any time from 3:00 PM onwards. Should you wish us to meet you on arrival we are happy to do so, please just let us know. Other things to note Using the Onsite Facilities Please be aware that passes for entertainment and activities are not included in the cost of your stay. Our private letting guests can now download the My Haven app, available on Google Play and the App Store. A Play Pass is required to access swimming, book activities, and enter entertainment venues. Please note that some activities may incur an additional charge over and above the cost of the Play Pass. Play Pass purchase conditions: You can only purchase Play Passes through the app, or online if you have booked: A 4-night stay (Monday to Friday) A 3-night stay (Friday to Monday) A 7-night stay starting Monday, Friday, or Saturday If your booking falls outside these options, Play Passes can only be purchased upon arrival at the park. We appreciate that holidays are a time to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Please note that we rent our holiday home exclusively to you and the individuals listed on your registration form. Given the beautiful location, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our van as a hangout space. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We also must adhere to Haven’s Terms & Conditions, which prohibit letting to groups of young people, stag parties, or hen parties. Damage During Your Stay If any damage occurs during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. We conduct a walk-around video and photo check between each let to protect both guests and owners by clearly identifying when damage has occurred. Thank you for your understanding. Additional Information Electric Vehicle Charging: There is no EV charging available at the holiday home. Fast charging points are located in the main car park opposite the security hut. Services: No services are available within the holiday home itself. Haven approval is required for anyone providing a service on the park. However, there are many local hairdressing and nail salons, spas, gyms, and other service providers nearby. Food Deliveries: Food deliveries are welcome, but you will need to meet the delivery person at the park entrance to collect your order.
