Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate. The space There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom (king size) has an en suite with a bath, shower, toilet and 2 basins and a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms (king size and 2 single beds) share 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with a bath). The fourth little bedroom is ideal for kids and has a bunker bed. There is a full solar panel system so load shedding is no more a problem. Guest access The entire house and private pathway to the beach. Other things to note Close by: Spar, Tops, OK Grocer, OK Bottle Store, De Agterbaai Pharmacy, Total fuelstation and restaurants like Oppi-Kaai, Alegria, De Palm and BP.
