TELEVISION • Poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels. • We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal. • On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Smart TV using your accounts. NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY • We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. • As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
