Ballan Country Garden is located in the picturesque town of Ballan approximately 1 hours drive west of Melbourne. The property is a working farm situated on 55 acres with a large spacious farmhouse. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living and dining space. The house is an off grid passive house with all the features of a modern home. Internally the house is furnished with a collection of furniture and lighting from the 1960’s. Other things to note Guests have full access to the house and farm and can spend their days relaxing by the fireplace or wondering the farm. For those wanting to explore the region, Daylesford is approximately 20 minutes drive away, Ballarat is approximately 25 minutes drive and Geelong is approximately 40 minutes away by car. The farm is conveniently located near Ballan station which is approximately 15 minutes walk from the farm. Ballan station is also on the Ballarat line and guests can travel to Ballarat or Melbourne by Vline train.
