In winter you can relax in the steam shower. Your four-legged friend can also join you. The space The detached house was built sustainably in 2023 in the Tiny Style. It has a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. All rooms are modern and stylishly furnished. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathroom with underfloor heating, rain shower and integrated steam sauna invites you to relax and unwind. The terrace is a great place to eat together and the terrace lounge is a great place to enjoy your time here. The garden is fenced in for the four-legged friends and you can barbecue together here. Excursions to the metropolises of Berlin and Potsdam, as well as to the Scharmützelsee, Spreewald, Tropical Island and the surrounding area are also possible. Whether by car or train, everything can be reached in 30 minutes. Guest access The property is located in a quiet residential street. Two parking spaces are available on the property and further free parking spaces are located directly in front of the property on the street. Tradesmen with trailers can also park here. Other things to note 1. we provide two children's travel beds in the bedrooms for small children. For this we need the information which persons would like to sleep together. 2. 2. the beds in both bedrooms can be made up as a double bed or as two single beds. For this we need the information which one is desired. 3. for longer stays we offer one service (laundry and cleaning) per week. This service can be booked on site. 4. pets can be brought along on request. Please enquire in advance. 5. a canoe with paddles for 4 people can be hired for exploring, swimming or fishing.
