You're sure to spend quality time in the spacious common yard (Unit 4 is 30 Ft from the Beach and 50 Ft from the Water!) or at the beach! Take in the summer sun from one of the loungers while you keep an eye on the kiddos playing a game, or take one of the Rowboats, Paddle Boats, or canoes for a ride. (included & available seasonally) Stepping inside, you'll be met with a comfortable retreat to return to after your adventure-filled days. #4 is Heated, Airconditioned, and has Cable TV. Non-Tesla's: We have special adapter available that allows Non-Tesla's to charge on our Tesla Stations. ------------------------------- We do not provide Towels. You will need to provide your own Shower & Beach Towels ------------------------------- Coin-Op Washer and Dryer are located in the Sandrift Resort's common area Laundry Room, not IN the Unit. Distance from the front door to the laundry room is about 25 ft. Available seasonal Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, ------------------------------- Guest Limits: This unit may have an absolute Maximum of 4 people. This includes Adults, Children & infants. You may NOT bring more people than your unit can hold. Limit is set by Fire Marshall & Village Inspectors. If you bring more than the allowed maximum number of people, they will need to reserve an additional unit, or leave the premises. ------------------------------- No Visitors Policy: Everyone must be a registered overnight guest within the maximum allowance for the unit you rented, no exceptions. We are sorry, however, our hospitality has been excessively abused lately by Airbnb renters. ------------------------------- We welcome TRAINED SERVICE DOGS under titles II and III of the ADA. We CAN NOT ACCOMIDATE Emotional Support Animals of any kind. We do not accept fake service animal paperwork purchased online.
