The space - On the 36 m2 ground floor: 1 living room with open kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven + microwave, dishwasher - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 of which is dual aspect for access to the bathroom and toilet) - This is the only bathroom in the house; it is located upstairs and includes a bathtub and a non-separate toilet - There is no toilet on the ground floor. Guest access You will have access to the rented accommodation as well as the property's courtyard and garden with pool. Other things to note The outdoor pool is solar heated in summer (approximately between May and September; depending on weather conditions) Please read the house rules regarding the use of the pool carefully.
