Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the basement apartment and backyard deck. They have access to the lakefront decks, beach and waterfront. Owners use the lake front occasionally - especially on Sunday afternoons. Other things to note The house is located at the top of a hill with 57 steps down to the water.
