The Coach House offers a serene retreat blending rustic charm with modern elegance. With open beams & sash windows, the property exudes cozy cottage appeal but with every comfort you desire. The living room flows into a kitchen, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Upstairs two charming bedrooms await along with shared wet room with stunning shower. Outside, we invite you to explore our stunning gardens, with private seating area awaiting sun-soaked afternoons and tranquil evenings under the stars. The space The Coach House is a newly refurbished annex to our main house. It has a cottage appeal with open beams, sash windows and quirky rooms and windows but with a modern feel. The main open plan living room features a sofa seating three, an arm chair and a dining area. We've also included a TV, DVD's and Board Games (for those infrequent times when it may rain - this is Cumbria after all). This opens out to a galley kitchen with everything you need for your stay including oven, induction hob, microwave, cafetiere, fridge freezer and a bevy of utensils and pans to cook with. Upstairs are our two bedrooms and shared wet room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with open wardrobe, dressing table and comfy chairs over looking the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed and over looks our feature round window. The wet room has an awesome shower together with sink, toilet and towel radiator. Outside are our wonderful gardens with a private seating area for you to chill and enjoy the sun. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the Coach House and its private outdoor seating area, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco dining. Wander through the expansive two-acre gardens, where you can appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds you. While the property is separate from the main house, our friendly hosts are just a message away for any assistance needed during your stay. Other things to note Please note that we maintain a no-party policy. Smoking is permitted only outside on the patio area. Allocated parking for one vehicle is available, and any additional needs should be communicated in advance. Ongoing refurbishment of the main house will not impact your stay, though some outdoor areas may be temporarily off-limits. The fireplace is not currently in operation. Plans are afoot to install a log burner in the future but for now, guests cannot burn anything in the fireplace.
