The Surratt House Museum and National Harbor are within 15 minutes away. The space The house has an office on the main level and four rooms on the second level, two on each end of the hallway. There’s a queen-size sleeper couch in the office. The primary suite and second bedroom both have en suite bathrooms, while the other two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with direct (private) access from each bedroom to the bathroom. There are two sunrooms with fantastic views of green spaces and the crystal clear swimming pool. Guest access Both first and second floors are available to guests. The lower level (basement) is not included. Parking is available in the garage and/or driveway at no cost and we have two cars available for rent via Turo. The basketball court and swimming pool are available for your enjoyment and relaxation. Please note that pool heating, if needed, would be at an additional cost. Other things to note This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and we would prefer to only host guests who are comfortable in such settings. Although we have a beautiful swimming pool, we do not allow pool parties or loud music at the pool. Only registered guests are allowed in the pool. Please avoid wearing pool attire beyond the pool area.
