On the ground floor (0) is the communal living area with an open-plan kitchen and living room with TV and balcony terrace. There is also a guest toilet. On the upper floor (+1) is the children's room, equipped with a bunk bed, and the master bedroom with a double bed, TV and balcony. There is also a large bathroom with shower. A separate toilet is also available here. This is an ideal villa for two families or groups of friends to stay together, while still maintaining their privacy. It can accommodate up to 6 people. All modern appliances are available in the kitchen, and there is also a relaxation room (with extra TV) on the -1 floor, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are two balconies and a covered terrace with lounge area downstairs. It offers every comfort and is bathed in luxury. The bedrooms are provided with made-up beds on arrival (including bed linen). Bath linen and kitchen linen must be brought with you or can be hired from the rental office. Guest access The keys can be collected from the Huys Médard rental office in Oostduinkerke - Bad, where you will be given the most important instructions for the holiday villa and information about the main attractions in the area. Other things to note The holiday villa is rented out with beds made (including bed linen). Bathroom linen and kitchen linen are not provided, but can always be rented separately. There is also private parking for at least two cars on the driveway.
