Lovely Private Double Room own Bathroom

Enjoy staying in my comfortable, modern, spacious double bedroom, with sole use of a newly renovated bathroom. Perfect for work or pleasure - UWE, Airbus, Mod, Rolls Royce etc! Staple Hill has a lovely park, leisure centre, new 24 hour gym, shops, eateries inc restaurants, gastro pub & fast food places. Enjoy Bristol, Bath or not far - the Cotswolds, Cardiff etc. Good access to M4, M5 & M32. Beaches within easy drive. Drive, Bus, Cycle or Uber approx 8 miles into Bristol city centre & Bath. The space My guest room is bright and airy and has been recently decorated. It has a very comfortable double bed and can sleep 3 as I also have a comfy new futon in the room I can make up for you if required. Breakfast is optional £3 pppd (tea/coffee/toast/cereal/yogurt/fruit) Dinner optional extra subject to availability. Please could I kindly ask that hot food/take away food etc is consumed in the dining room - this avoid stains, smells and more especially uninvited visitors of the tiny kind in the guest room. Snacks, of course, are fine! Guest access You will have exclusive use of the guest room and the downstairs bathroom and use of the dining room for breakfast and/or should a take-away/delivery take your fancy! Wi-Fi connection is excellent throughout the house. During your stay I’m sociable and like to chat but equally happy if you prefer peace and quiet! I enjoy watching tv most evenings - you are welcome to join me! Good Wi-Fi connection will connect you to pretty much any media you choose or work if that’s your thing! Other things to note Your own recently refurbished bathroom (with shower) is on the ground floor - so great for a little extra exercise! I have a friendly well-behaved dog - he’s a cockapoo so is hyper allergenic and doesn’t moult - and will give you a paw if asked. Staple Hill and various eating places are a short walk away. Parking is good.
