As the calming ocean winds rustle through the palm fronds right beside the balcony, you are treated to a peaceful sanctuary. It feels almost like nesting in a private eyrie, far away from the hustle and bustle of the world, creating a serene and deeply relaxing escape. Nestled within lush Bahamian gardens, a hammock sways gently between the palm trees, accompanied by comfortable Adirondack chairs resting in the waving sea grass. It is a picturesque spot designed for sitting back and admiring the vast ocean views. To make your beach days completely seamless, we proudly provide complimentary beach chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkeling masks, and a cooler for your drinks. With a picnic table and a BBQ grill positioned right near the sand dune, you can easily prepare fresh meals sourced from the local supermarket. You can even nip down for a quick swim in the crystal-clear waters while dinner cooks, then settle in to enjoy the peaceful stillness that follows a spectacular Bahamian sundown. While our beach is blissfully secluded, dining options are just a short drive away. You can easily walk right down the sand to our local beach bar for casual drinks and bites. For main meals, a well-stocked supermarket and Nassau's excellent local restaurants are about a 15-minute drive down the main road. Because the local roads are busy and best navigated by vehicle, we highly recommend renting a car or using local taxis to explore safely and comfortably. To keep things simple and easy to grab, we have placed the beach chairs and umbrella right by the front door, and the cooler is located by the balcony's roll-down shutter. An Island Tip for a Cool Stay:Our balcony utilizes a classic, tropical roll-down shutter instead of traditional sliding doors. To keep the studio blissfully crisp and cool after a long day in the sun, simply roll the shutter down whenever you are running the air conditioning. To protect the system from freezing and ensure it runs perfectly throughout your vacation, please do not set the AC thermostat lower than 23°C. Setting it below 23°C causes the machine to overwork and freeze up, which shuts down the cooling completely.
