The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including the presence of an outdoor pool and the availability of two covered parking spaces reserved for guests. The property is ideal for peaceful and relaxing stays! The space The apartment is on two levels connected by stairs. The interior space is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL - LIVING ROOM single sofa bed, Smart TV 50" and three accesses to terrace I; - DINING AREA with dining table; - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to terrace II; - BEDROOM I with bedroom and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds; - BATHROOM I with Jacuzzi, two washbasins, bidet and WC; - BATHROOM II with shower, washing machine, washbasin and WC; - TERRACE I covered with dining table and two deckchairs; - TERRACE II with dining table and barbecue. -> UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM III with double sofa bed; - BEDROOM IV with double sofa bed, single bed and walk-in closet; - BATHROOM III with shower (minimum height 165 cm), washbasin, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fans in each bedroom, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Availability of two covered parking spaces for guests. PLEASE NOTE: the roads to reach the accommodation are narrow and uphill. The pool and the garden are shared with other guests. The property is on two levels connected by stairs. The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable. Note the presence of a step at the entrance of the apartment and at each entrance to access the terraces I and II. There are two steps to reach the dining area. The upper level is an attic - please pay attention to the sloping ceiling. NO A/C - portable fans in every bedroom. You need to walk a flight of stairs to the pool. No lifeguard and the area is not fenced - please be careful especially if traveling with children. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The swimming pool is shared with the apartment next door Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Imperia, equal to EUR 2 per night per person, for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
