The second floor features a large bedroom and a loft with extra sleeping space and a cozy area to watch movies. One double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. A bit further away from your oceanfront palace, it's only a six-mile drive north to Cannon Beach, a mecca of art galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, and unique stores. Property Information: ★ This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning (the Oregon coast is quite mild throughout the year. ★ The city of Arch Cape only permits check-ins once a week to each house, so please refer to the calendar to see which days are available. ★ Parking notes: There is free parking for 6 vehicles. ★ This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
