Private relaxing cottage in a north side neighborhood of Indian Lake called Chippewa. The cottage is a short walk to the Chippawa boat dock and several blocks from the Moose and Fraternal Order of Eagles. A short drive to many fun destinations at the lake including Buckeye Pizza, Froggy's, Acheson's Resort and Tilton Hilton. Large patio for outdoor relaxation to include dining table and rockers for four guest. Cottage has a semi-private back yard with fire pit. Livingroom includes comfy leather couch with pull outs on each side, small table, two lamps and rocking chair. Fully equipped kitchen with small bar overlooking front room. Two remodeled bedrooms with a double bed in each room. One bathroom with a stand-up shower. Lots of light with windows throughout. Large carport/patio with vintage table/4 chairs, rockers and glider next to back yard and firepit seating for 4. Guest access Entire cottage and outside patio/back yard available to registered guest. Other things to note Electric box on side of cottage on patio next to yellow table turns on surrounding lights and ceiling fan.
