House by the lake (all year round)

If you are looking for absolute tranquility in nature, right on the zaberous and clean lake, surrounded by birds and other animals, in the neighborhood of the natural park "Unteres Odertal" and only about 2 hours from Berlin, then you are in the right place! Whether a boat trip at sunset, letting go of everyday life in the sauna temple (on request), a bike ride or hike through forests and fields - or just switch off in front of the fire, you can find all this in the house on the lake! All year round! The space The house is inspired by a barn and offers all the comforts for up to 4 people. Thanks to the underfloor heating and the best insulation (three-glass large modern wooden windows), the house can also be used in winter. It has a spacious living room with high-quality and fully equipped kitchenette (Bosch appliances, WMF cutlery, HK Living dishes, C&S glassware, incl. Refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave), in which nature is "at home" thanks to large front windows. On the gallery there are two separate beds that can be converted into a double bed (as desired). A separate bedroom on the ground floor has another double bed that is integrated with the window and gives the feeling of sleeping outdoors. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink, also equipped with high speed. In the living room you will find a large sofa also usable as a daybed, and relax armchairs as well as a fireplace for cozy evenings. In the gallery you will also find a desk with a work chair in case it needs to be worked; however, this is not easy due to the direct view of the lake (in winter) and nature;) It is a wooden house that is integrated into the surrounding nature. This also causes the large wooden terrace and large sliding door, so you can size the living room accordingly in warm months. The house stands on a 2,500 square meter fenced area, which will delight your four-legged friends! For a fee, a nearby sauna house, our sanctuary of tranquility with large panoramic windows overlooking the lake (in winter) can also be used (please request availability before booking). The path to us is not easy and leads partly via unpaved forest paths, but if you have made it, you don't want to leave. See for yourself! ;)
