Nice 3 bedroom house located in a small village in Cher. Close to a pretty lake with sports facilities, bakery, bar and post office. 13 km from Nevers, 25 km from Magny-Cours and 54 km from Bourges. Sancerre is 42 km away and Pouilly-sur-Loire is 33 km away. The house is located on a quiet street and has a nice little enclosed garden with shaded terrace as well as a garage. Close to the cycle route along the side canal to the Loire. Great for passing workers! The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the main rooms, the house is above a garage. Guest access Warning: lots of stairs. Bedroom 3 is on the mezzanine. Other things to note accessible child swing: be careful though, it is not sealed.
