The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in a very quiet street, offering a comfortable and practical stay. Recently renovated and charming, the apartment is only 100 meters from the popular Bačvice Beach, 800 meters from Diocletian’s Palace, and 500 meters from the main bus station and ferry port. The neighborhood is peaceful and free from traffic noise, ideal for a relaxing stay close to the city center. Families with children will enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, a playground nearby, and everything within walking distance. Guest access The comfortable apartment features a large bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed (160x200), suitable for families or couples. It includes two sunny balconies – one connected to the living room and the other to the kitchen – a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Guests can enjoy super fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a coffee machine, and two air conditioners – one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The balconies are perfect for peaceful mornings while the city slowly wakes up, as well as relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited for guests who appreciate a calm environment. Private parking is available on site.
