As of Feb 24th, 2025, the home got a fresh look! With new interior paint, new floorings, new appliances and majority of new furniture and furnishings for a mid-century / modern vibe. Conveniently located near Beach Blvd granting easy access to numerous restaurants, entertainment, and cafes. Just 5 miles from beaches, around 9 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA), approximately 14 miles from Long Beach Airport (LGB), and roughly 11 miles from Disneyland. The surrounding area has a peaceful feel. The space The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Each room has a Roku TV, with one king bed and two queen beds across the property. The layout includes two Master Suites, both with walk-in closets, while two additional well-sized bedrooms share a large bathroom with a full tub and shower. The interior benefits from a refreshing ocean breeze, making the space feel airy throughout. There is a separate garage entry for washer/dryer access. The driveway accommodates two vehicles. I occasionally host out-of-town family members, including senior citizens with severe animal dander allergies, who stay on the property. To ensure their safety and the comfort of all guests, I am unable to permit any animals at this time. Guest access Guests can enjoy the convenience of self-check-in via electronic keypads at the front entrance and garage door, granting access to all shared spaces. Other things to note The Huntington Beach City Ordinance states that the minimum age to rent or book is 25 years. If you or any members of your party tend to engage in noisy activities well into the late hours, I kindly request that you consider selecting an alternative accommodation. The property is thoughtfully designed to offer guests a comfortable sleeping environment. It is intended solely for non-eventful use and is not suited for hosting parties, celebrations, or gatherings. I encourage guests to host their parties, celebrations, or gatherings outside the home's premises. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 9:00PM and 8:00AM, as the residence is in a remarkably quiet neighborhood. Please be aware that any excessive noise may be reported by our vigilant neighbors. NO ANIMALS/PETS OF ANY KIND PLEASE. No smoking indoors. No marijuana, illegal drugs, or activities. Feel free to borrow our beach chairs, towels, and bodyboards. The fridge does not make ice or dispense water. To protect our guests and our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system that is actively recording. There are no indoor cameras or other recording devices in the home. In the garage (separate entrance from the primary residence), 1 indoor camera is pointed toward the door to address any potential unauthorized intrusion. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
