The space Our apartment is well-equipped for a holiday, short break or business visit to the area. The galley kitchen has a new cooker and microwave with crockery and cutlery for four. The lounge has a 42 inch TV, fully supported by broadband wifi which works throughout the flat. The south west-facing balcony provides a rich vista of the Nith river and the Dock Park. Perfect for an evening aperitif. Upstairs, there is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom. The twin beds in the second bedroom benefit from the morning sun. There is a large shower cubicle in the recently upgraded bathroom. Please note there is no bath. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas. The apartment is on the second floor of the block. There are two flights of external stairs with no lift. The flat itself is on two levels with an internal staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Other things to note While children are welcome, parents and carers should be aware of the risks associated with the balcony. In addition, the external steps should be considered carefully by infirm or elderly guests or guests with young children. We are always happy to assist guests with carrying luggage if needed.
