The space Entering the apartment through the private-access door, you find yourself in an open-concept living room with an ascending cathedral ceiling. This comfortable space adjoins the full kitchen with white quartz countertops and a functional bar and stools. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size glass top electronic range/stove, large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is plenty of space to make a gourmet meal or a simple cup of locally roasted coffee. In addition to the bar seating, you can enjoy eating in the open dining room with large windows featuring a spacious view of the neighborhood, the tall trees and foliage! The quiet master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, TV, and black-out shades. Washer and dryer are tucked away in the bedroom walk-in closet. The full bathroom has a subway tiled tub/shower. You won’t be able to overlook the most unique feature of the apartment as you look around. An open loft with beautiful wood beams and spiral staircase invite you to explore the upper floor! When you reach the top landing, a cozy second living space invites you to relax in the rocking chair or sofa. The sofa also converts easily into a queen bed. Passing by the stairs, you will find a second sleeping area. Spend a minute enjoying the long window seat and great view of the backyard and wooded forest beyond! This space was completed in early 2020 and built with visitors in mind! We have given careful attention to design an experience that is welcoming and provides a relaxing environment. Other things to note Careful cleaning between guests and contactless entry available using smart lock or keypad access. Note: the loft bedroom and bonus space is accessible by inside spiral staircase which may not be suitable for small children without parental supervision. The second floor sitting area (with convertible sofa bed) is connected to the loft bedroom. While the loft bedroom provides privacy, only a half-way (and no door) separates these spaces.
