There are so many other nice beaches within a short walking distance, including, Boka, Zalo, Tunel, Hungarest Beach, Santo Domingo, Lobellia Raffaelo...all 1-5min by walk. July and August can be quite busy, but the atmosphere is vibrant. ✔ The closest supermarket, bakeries, and local tavernas/restaurants are just a 2-3 minute walk away. The promenade is also nearby few steps away, spanning 7 kilometers and lined with beaches and restaurants options. Kindly note that it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. We always provide clear step-by-step arrival instructions to make check-in as easy as possible. ✔ Cleaning & Linen For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival, and fresh linen and towels are provided. For stays longer than 7 nights, fresh linen and towels are changed every 7 days. ✔Location & Ambient Noise The apartment is located close to the seaside promenade and the beach, in a generally quiet side street set back from the main road. Due to the central location, there are bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby. During the peak summer season , occasional music or city noise may be heard in the evenings, which is typical for lively coastal towns. While the street itself is generally calm and far away from the apartment. Complete silence cannot be guaranteed at all times, especially in high season. ✔Parking Information Our apartment is located in the very centre of Herceg Novi, within Zone 1, where free parking unfortunately does not exist. All parking spaces in this area are paid public parking, managed by the city. Because the location is extremely central — just steps from the beach, promenade, Old Town, and main attractions — parking can be limited, especially during the summer season. However, guests who prefer a guaranteed option can use the main city parking garage, where parking spaces are almost always available, even in high season. 1. Street Parking 30 Meters Away: - Choose marked parking places on the street with a daily ticket priced at EUR 6 - Alternatively, pay by the hour with the following rates: - Red zone: 1 hour for EUR 1 - Yellow zone: 1 hour for EUR 0.7 2. Public Parking Garage 40 Meters Away: - Park your vehicle in a nearby parking garage, located 40 meters from the apartment. The garage is equipped with surveillance cameras and the daily ticket is available for 10 euros. 3. Complimentary Yard Parking: - Enjoy free parking in our yard located in front of the house. Please note that the house is situated 5 kilometers away from the apartment. Choose the parking option that best aligns with your preferences and needs during your stay.
