Your luxurious accommodations include an open concept living space with a 50-inch smart tv, comfy sectional couch and ample storage. The kitchen is fully equipped including a drip coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, drinking glasses and wine glasses as well as sharp knives. There is a spacious 4-piece bathroom including a vanity and stool and access to the washer and dryer. There are ample linens, bath towels as well as extra blankets and pillows to make your stay extra comfy. In the spacious bedroom you will sink into the king size bed or get a little work done at the desk (laptop-friendly workspace with free unlimited high-speed wifi). There is even more storage available with 2 full size dressers and a walk-in closet. No need to live out of a suitcase while you’re here!! Bi-weekly cleanings can be booked during your stay. Guest access The separate entrance to the apartment is located at the back of the house where parking is also available. It is accessed by walking through a pathway off the driveway and going down a private locked staircase. The staircase is a bit step so be careful going down into the apartment. The backyard will be shared with the other tenants in the property. Other things to note The building is a triplex and there are 2 separate apartments above you and neighbours close by, so please mind the noise. The heating/cooling is controlled by the upstairs apartment, please message us if you are hot/cold and would like the temperature adjusted - it's no problem at all, we want you to be comfortable! - Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. - An early check-in time may be arranged. - Outdoor cameras are located on the exterior of the house.
