Quail Crossing B&B Quails Roost

Our home is located on an attractive landscaped lake front property. Bring your bathing suit, canoe (no motor boats) and enjoy a peaceful afternoon paddle, and conclude with a patio dinner at one of our local wineries or have a picnic dock dinner as the sun sets. The space Quail Crossing offers two rooms, the Quails Nest and the Quails Roost and a Common Area that comprises the entire lower floor of our home. This is the Quails Roost site. For your convenience a floor plan has been included as one of the site pictures. The Quails Roost has a queen size bed in a large room connected to a common area. There is a dedicated bathroom for your use only that is accessed from the common space which has a view of the garden. Your stay includes breakfast with choices that may include quiche, fruit in season, home-made cinnamon buns and muffins, juice, tea and coffee. If you are considering a workcation the common area has a one person work space consisting of an office table with a comfortable chair and serviced by high speed internet. We are also in the process of establishing a separate air conditioned facility that will contain several workstations specifically suited for individual work or company retreats. The common area is accessed via a ground level set of garden doors. The common area two large windows provide a panoramic view of the garden and lawn, a space frequented by the deer, birds and squirrels. Guest keys are provided for both garden and bedroom doors. Guest access The walk-out space that contains the Quails' Roost requires a key in order to enter the common space from the front garden. From there you will see your dedicated bathroom with shower as well as the french doors to your bedroom. You will have keys to your room throughout your stay. During your stay We are home most days and evenings except for brief visits with friends in our area. In the event that we aren't home, if you have concerns or questions you will be able to locate us by telephone. Other things to note We are proud of our home and we anticipate that you will enjoy the ADULT only atmosphere and preserve our lodgings and be respectful of other guests and your hosts.
