Cozy home with heated Pool on Whitemarsh Island

Our home is a 3-bedroom 2-bath bungalow great for families or groups of friends. This space was thoughtfully provided with amenities and designed to make this your home away from home. A full kitchen, spacious entertainment area, cozy bedrooms, and a large backyard with a newly installed heated pool make this a comfortable and relaxing place after a day of travel and fun in Savannah. The space - Private Parking on the driveway for 2 cars and 1 street parking - Smart home system by Vivint with keyless entry - Spacious living room equipped with smart TV with Xfinity cable, Roku, and sound system. - Free WIFI (Speed Download 464.6Mbps and Upload 11.9) - Open layout full kitchen with a small mobile island table. - Three bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with a (Full on Full) bunk bed. Main bed room has a Smart TV. - Washer and Dryer in unit. - Outdoor patio, fire pit, and a heated pool within a fenced backyard. - Our pool is heated by propane tank. It takes time to heat the pool specially during fall or winter. We charge 75 dollars per day of request for heating the pool. Please let us know if you want the pool heated. Other things to note - A digital guidebook will be available before check-in. A printed copy is also available at our home. - Parties, undisclosed guests (or pets), or events are not allowed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties. - We have a fire pit. We do not provide wood. We are close to Publix, Walmart, home depot and ACE hardware ). We also have a fire pit table with propane tank as well (see instructions in the guide book). - Your safety is very important to us. Please read carefully the rules in our guidebook and the signs around the pool. - Guests below 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult at any time in the pool. - This is a 12 x 30 feet pool with 2.5 feet as the shallowest part and 6 feet as the deepest part. - Open year-round and heated (Gas). - The pool runs on automated systems including lighting and heating from 8 am-10 pm. After 10 pm the pool will not have the above functions. DISCLAIMER: Heating is dependent with the ambient temperature. Our heating system may not reach target temperature fast enough or accurately. We keep our pool close to 95 C during Fall- winter and 82 C during spring-Summer During Fall and winter an additional Pool Heating (propane gas) charge (this is not incorporated to your nightly rate) 50 dollars per day of use will be charged to your account after checkout. Please let us know beforehand. - The pool is cleaned 1 times a week. Our cleaner and propane service provider may visit the pool backyard during your stay. There is a skimmer available if there are leaves in the pool during winter months or windy conditions. We will do our best to inform you should your stay falls during the weekdays. In general our professional cleaner comes in during Wednesday morning. - Please do not touch or manipulate the pool equipment as this is automated. This may result in us losing its automated function during your stay. Please reach out between 8 am and 10 pm. - We honor your privacy. But for safety and liability reasons there is a security camera located in the driveway, front door, small patio and pool area. A security camera is placed in our backyard which provides a view of the entirety of the pool. This is placed for security purposes only. All snapshots are removed by the system (Vivint) after 1 month. Our home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our previous guests gave comments about our adjacent neighbors. Their property truly needs some TLC but they’re private, quiet and has not caused any problems in our neighborhood.
