This is twin house, one is 'Lunarby' have thick mattress on the floor for 5 persons in 2 air conditioner rooms (can have extra mattress on 1st floor) another is called 'Solnery' have 8 beds in 2 air conditioner room, Both have warm water machine. -15 minutes by car from bkk airport. -5 minutes by walk to local market. -3 minutes by walk to 7-11 -10 minutes by car from Paseo mall. -15 minutes by car to Ladkrabang arl. easy and peaceful living closer by convenient area. The space This is twin house in the good area, easy to go to bkk airport, close to the market and still quiet in the night, can park the car in the house area 2 cars and outside 2 cars. Guest access this is twin house,once the guest book it, all space of 2 sides of the twin house, indoor and outdoor, all exclusive private for the guest, no others team. Other things to note -please turn off air conditioner and the light. -please lock the door when you leave. -please leave a message when you check out. -please keep loud noise after 10 pm if possible. -when it had heavy rain this area may have some short term water flood, it will going down slowly in few hours. -please avoid to use lower bed on the right side at 1st floor when it had heavy rain. -in case of long stay more than 2 weeks, the price include electric 200 units, after 200 unit, calculate as 7 baht per unit.
