Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with a pop-up trundle underneath, to provide a total of 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom with a tub/shower is located between bedrooms 2 and 3. (Note: A comfortable queen sofa sleeper is located on the second floor for additional sleeping area. A twin air mattress and play n play are also available if needed.) KITCHEN AND DINING This townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric wine opener as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 2. In the pantry and cupboards, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal, including a full range of cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans and dinnerware. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and has an extension leaf to accommodate a total of 8. LIVING The living room is bright and spacious with plenty of seating space and features a gas fireplace and a smart TV and DVD player. The room opens onto the deck, complete with outdoor furniture for dining. Included on the deck is a BBQ grill. DEN/OFFICE The semi-private den/office has a queen-size pull-out couch and a chess table that can serve either as a game table for some classic fun or an office workspace. Conveniently located next to the den is a half bathroom. AMENITIES There is complimentary high-speed internet Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer and two free parking spaces. A convenience store is located next to the complex where you can walk over to pick up snacks, beverages and last minute essentials, as well as a Redbox to enjoy the latest movie rentals. ACTIVITIES The Tahoe Bike Path runs in front of the complex which provides for quick and convenient access to enjoy the many bike/walking paths North Tahoe has to offer.
