It is a 13-minute walk from the ferries, also great for quick stays in the winter. The space The property has undergone a thorough renovation with work completed around mid-August 2023. As mentioned, this is a studio with an anteroom, shower (90x70) and wall-mounted bathroom fixtures, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction stove, washing machine and refrigerator, access is from the staircase of Via dell'Amore with independent entrance. Guest access The studio apartment has a separate entrance located on a characteristic staircase. Check-in and check-out, unless requested by me or the guest, can be done in total autonomy thanks to the very convenient code box located outside the property.
