Bedroom 1 The main bedroom in the house is just off the kitchen. This room has a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. Located just off of this bedroom is both the bathroom and the laundry machines. Bathroom 1 Just outside of the bedroom door, the first floor bathroom is ready to go with Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash provided for your convenience. Bedroom 2 Located on the top floor of the home with the best views in the house Bedroom two will likely be the one to fight over. This room has a comfy queen size bed and a closet. Bathroom 2 Located between Bedroom 2 & 3 on the top floor this bathroom has a shower and tub. Towels, Shampoo, Condition, and Body Wash are provided for your convenience. Bedroom 3 This bedroom, also on the top floor of the home has multiple windows with views of the waterway. This room is equipped with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. Garage The single garage has a couch, tv, ping pong table, and dart board for fun when the sun isn't shining. The beach cart and four beach chairs provided for guests makes trips to and from the beach easy. Parking You will be able to park 2 cars in the driveway and one car around the parking circle with parking pass. Parking on the street should be avoided. Entering the home A set of stairs will take you to the front door. You will be assigned a door access code prior to check in. Other things to note We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here! Our team frequents the area and can be available as needed. We know that most guests are here on vacation and we want to respect that and your privacy. The home is on 3 levels including the garage, with no elevator.
