Bouganville House in the center - amazing sea view

Bouganville House is located on the second floor (no lift) of a recently renovated period building (1920s). It is a one of a kind property, due to its location, size and tasteful decoration which is in keeping with the Ligurian style. There are three large double bedrooms two with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the third has it's own dedicated bathroom. It is located a few meters from the best beaches of Monterosso and it is very close to the station, shops, restaurants and bars. The space La Bouganville House consists of three large double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a lounge with sea view. Two of the bedrooms also have a stunning sea view and an anteroom with a sitting area for relaxing moments. This apartment is ideal for families with children or for a group of friends of up to 6 people and it can be organized with 6 single beds or 3 double beds or any other combination of beds. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, guaranteeing a fast and unlimited internet connection. The furnishings are sober and tasteful and in the typical style of the Ligurian Riviera that recalls the sea, art and culture. Two of the bedrooms and the lounge have a ceiling fan to maintain a pleasant temperature during the hottest days of the summer and the house is ventilated by the sea breeze. Guest access The beautiful historic centre of Monterosso with "carugi" (typical streets of the Ligurian historic centre) and architecture dating back to 1200 AD - 1600 AD is only 10 minutes walk along the seafront from La Bouganville. Guests have the whole apartment exclusively for themselves without having to share it with anyone. The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian area. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is an easy 2 minutes walk from Monterosso train station along the sea front. If you ARRIVE BY CAR there is a large car park (FEGINA PARKING) by the beach, just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you can park your car for €25 x day for the first 2 days and then from day 3 onward, €10 per day. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Check-in is between 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm - Check out by 10.00 am on departure date. For arrivals after 6.00 pm there will be a LATE CHECK-IN fee to to be paid in cash directly to the person waiting for you after working hours.
