The space We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and fully stocked home for our guests. All beds and pillows are protected with waterproof covers for added hygiene. Bedding and towels are laundered in hot water using free & clear detergent—perfect for sensitive skin. High-touch surfaces are sanitized thoroughly between each stay. Kitchen & Bathrooms Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen featuring: • Keurig with coffee pods • Complimentary dish/laundry supplies • Seasonings, cooking oil, high-speed blender, juicer • Quality pots, pans, kitchen knives, microwave • Pasta strainer, can/wine openers, fridge with water filter & ice maker • 12-person dinnerware set: plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and serving bowls • Wine cooler for your favorite bottles We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay. Bedrooms & Living Areas The home offers 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliner couches (seating 3 and 2), and a queen air mattress. Ideal for up to 8 guests, but can sleep up to 12 comfortably. We’ll assist with any required documentation to ensure compliance with local laws for long-term rentals. 🛑 Glass-Free Policy for Safety To help keep all guests — especially those with children — safe, we do not use glass decorations or dishware on the property. If you choose to bring your own glass items, please do not bring them into the hot tub under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding. 🧒 Booking Age Policy We do not have a 21+ age restriction. As long as the reservation is made through Airbnb by someone 18 or older, you’re all set to book. 📸 Local Highlights Some listing photos feature Gregg Lake Beach, located just a mile from the house — a great nearby spot for swimming and relaxation. 🚪 Home Access Guests have access to both upstairs and downstairs levels of the home via the main entrances. Each level is fully equipped for your stay and easily accessible. ❄️ Winter Considerations We provide driveway snow plowing and clear walkways, in line with Airbnb’s winter safety guidelines. Please note: • Guests are responsible for clearing snow from their own vehicles (as is standard at most properties) • We recommend bringing a snow shovel, especially during heavy snow periods, though one is usually available on-site • The home has electric heating and a 40-gallon hot water heater — please allow time for hot water to replenish if several long showers are taken back-to-back in very cold weather. This has rarely been an issue, but we want you to be fully informed
